Project/Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and schedule job towards meeting the work requirement and priorities.
- To maintain worker attendance record and supervision of the work execution and job monitoring.
- To orientate, train and instruct new and existing staff to ensure that proper procedures and methods are adopted.
- Ensure adequate supply of chemicals, stocks and equipment for daily usage.
- Ensure proper maintenance of assigned tools, equipment and any other material belongings to the company.
- Responsible to attend to clients complaints and follow up till satisfactory closure.
- To continually provide suggestion for process and works improvement within the company.
- To maintain a high level of confidentiality on company’s pricing , operating systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- 2 years work experience in cleaning / FM industry
- NSRS / BICS Certificate and advantage
- Strong leadership skills and able to perform shift work if necessary

Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Aim to secure cleaning projects with good profitability.
- Timely preparation of Sales Tenders, Quotations with accuracy and conduct sales presentation.
- Preparation monthly sales & development report and schedules.
- Maintains up to-date records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports with accuracy.
- Provides timely and accurate feedback to the Management regarding sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development
- Work location: Kallang Pudding
- 5 days’ work week
- Outgoing personality and able to work independently
